My husband and I are going to Sesame Place in Langhorn, PA, with my DIL, son and their 2 kids, ages 4 and 2. We'll be with them for 4 days. I'm afraid I'll become cranky and tired (like their kids!) and begin to be snappy with my DIL. Last time I spent a few days with them during holidays, that's what happened. I felt bad, and she felt bad! HELP!!

It makes sense that you'd get cranky and tired on vacation, and that you may be snappy with your DIL. Is there anything particular that you're worried of being snappy about?
Sometimes letting people we are with (DIL, family, etc) know that we are tired, cranky and snappy is helpful. This is also a great time to go take a nap, a walk, or any kind of break. Take some breaths and feel whatever is coming up in the moment for you.
