I know this situation of my becoming cranky and tired at Sesame Place has to do with having wide boundaries! It's hard when you're with someone you don't really know that well - my DIL!!! Probably my husband and son can tolerate the "real" me better.

What is the boundary you'd like to set with your DIL?
It's okay even when we don't know people well to set boundaries.
Remember, you want to set a boundary from a place of love. And what YOU will do, not what she will do, if the request is not honored.
Then follow through on whatever you say you'll do.
