Hey y’all, welcome to More Lovin, the podcast that brings more laughter, light, and love into everyday life. I’m your host LeAnn Austin, and together we’ll rediscover the beauty of connection to your body, your mind, your spirit, and the people you love.
Today’s episode #231: Climb Your Everest
Have you ever felt like you wanted something more, but you’re not quite sure what it is?
Or maybe you do know what it is and it does matter to you, but it feels a little scary, a little big, so you keep putting it off.
Not because you don’t care, but because it feels unclear, or overwhelming, or you’re not sure where to start.
What if that thing… is your Everest?
Not a mountain, but something meaningful you are meant to climb.
Now again, I’m not talking about a literal mountain. Your Everest isn’t about proving something. It isn’t about pushing yourself to exhaustion.
Your Everest is personal. It might look like having a hard conversation, taking care of your body in a new way, letting yourself be seen, or starting something you’ve been afraid to begin.
Your Everest is anything that stretches you, and calls you forward into a stronger, more aligned version of you.
So why don’t we go for it?
It’s really easy to think, “I just need more discipline. “But that’s not actually it.
Most of the time we don’t climb our Everest because it feels overwhelming. We’re afraid to fail or even succeed, or our nervous system doesn’t feel safe doing something new.
So instead we wait, we overthink, we stay where it’s familiar.
But remember, you don’t avoid your Everest because you’re lazy. You avoid it because your body doesn’t feel ready yet.
What if climbing your Everest didn’t require more pressure but more support?
What if it looked like smaller steps, gentler progress, and learning how to feel steady along the way.
Because you don’t climb Everest in one leap, you climb it one step at a time.
So if something is coming to your mind right now, start here:
First name it. What’s been on your heart?
Second, make it smaller. What’s one step, not the whole mountain?
And third, support yourself. What would help you feel steady as you take the next step?
Because when you start climbing, you don’t just reach a goal. You become someone who trusts yourself, shows up differently, and feels stronger mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. That’s the real transformation.
And if this is stirring something in you, if you’re thinking; Hey LeAnn, I think I have an Everest… I just don’t know how to start. Well, I got you. I’d love to walk this journey with you.
I want to invite you into something that I’m so excited for. It’s called Climb Your Everest.
This is a simple, powerful experience where I’ll help you define your personal Everest, break it into doable, realistic steps. Give you tools so you don’t burn out, and support you along the way. Because you don’t have to do this alone.
What if your life isn’t asking you to do more, but to step into something that actually matters to you?
Maybe your Everest isn’t as far away as you think.
If you’ve been feeling that nudge, that quiet “there’s more”… then this is your moment.
