I have a hard time setting quiet for 2 minutes without my mind wandering all over. Can you give me a few ideas to focus so I can work on feeling and labeling my feelings?

Great question! Often our minds like to wander, but as we intentionally practicing sitting still, it will get easier.
I like to close my eyes. Take deep breaths. Get curious about what is happening inside my body. Where is it located? What does it feel like?
Pretend that you’re going to describe what’s happening inside of your body to someone else. As far as labeling it, think of all the feelings, and which one resonates with what you’re experiencing? Sit with it and simply observe it.
Remember, there is no wrong way to do this.
